Wednesday, March 7, 2 to 4 p.m. Women’s History Month Event PSU Women’s Resource Center
Portland AAUW Branch Member Jan Dilg, PSU faculty member and Project Director for the Century of Action: Oregon Women Vote, 1912. Co-sponsored with PSU’s Women’s Resource Center
Thursday, March 8, 1 p.m. Board Meeting, home of Judith Holt
March 13 and 15, 2 to 4 p.m. Monumental Women Walking Tours PSU through Downtown Portland
Two tours each with 15 walkers leave at staggered times at 2:15 and 2:30, led by PSU Monumental Women Capstone Students. Tours will last approximately 1 and 1/2 hours. They will begin on the PSU campus and stay in the downtown area. The tours will focus on buildings and sites related to the woman suffrage movement in Portland and Oregon. Pre-registration requested at an email address that will be set up soon.
Saturday, March 31 – Program Event – General Membership Meeting with Brunch – Location TBD
Election of officers and vote on Bylaw revisions. Link to proposed branch bylaws.
April 19-22, AAUW of Oregon State Convention, Pendleton
